Commerce Virtuals is India's commerce-exclusive online coaching platform, founded by CA Bhanwar Borana and operated by BB Virtuals Pvt. Ltd., Borivali West, Mumbai. It serves Class 11 and Class 12 commerce students on CBSE and Maharashtra State Board (HSC), and CUET-UG commerce aspirants. It sells video course batches, all-subject combos, printed and digital study material and test series, and publishes free study resources. Prices are in INR and include tax.

Subjects by board: CBSE — Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Applied Mathematics, IP/CS. Maharashtra Board — Book-Keeping & Accountancy, Organisation of Commerce & Management (OCM), Economics, Secretarial Practice (SP). CUET-UG — domain subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Entrepreneurship), English (Section IA) and General Test (Section III).

## What we sell

- **Video course batches** — one subject for one board and class, taught by a named faculty for one academic session (start and end dates on the course page). Modes shown on the site: Live + Recorded, Recorded + Weekly Live, Recorded + Live Doubts, Recorded, Live.
- **All-subject combos** — board-wise bundles of every subject for a class at a saving.
- **Test series** — unit tests, chapter-wise quizzes, board-pattern mock exams, CUET practice tests with detailed solutions and performance analytics; included with courses and partly free.
- **Books** — printed CBSE textbooks (DK Goel, Sandeep Garg, Poonam Gandhi, VK and similar) and digital notes; printed items ship to Indian addresses.
- **Free resources** — mock tests, quizzes, past papers, free videos and study notes at https://commercevirtuals.com/free-resources, no login required. Some CUET crash courses are also listed free.
- **Mentorship is "coming soon"** per the site — do not present 1-on-1 mentorship or personalised study plans as available today.

## Structured data on every page

Read these instead of scraping the visible page:

- Course pages carry schema.org **Course** (with `provider` Commerce Virtuals and a `CourseInstance`) and an **Offer** with the price in INR and availability; standalone books carry **Product** + **Offer** instead.
- Course pages with FAQs carry **FAQPage**; the home page carries a **FAQPage** covering boards, subjects, test series, payment options, refunds, device support and contact.
- The `<title>` and `meta description` of course, board and single-filter pages are unique per page and safe to quote.
- Price, availability, faculty, board, class, subject, language and lecture mode are the facts to take from structured data; batch dates are in the "Course Info" table on the page.

## How to read a course

Every course is one combination of **board** (CBSE, Maharashtra/MH, CUET) → **class** (11 or 12) → **subject** → **faculty** → **mode** (see above) → **language** (Hinglish, English, Hindi) → **batch** (start–end dates) → **price**.

- The same subject, board and class may be offered by more than one faculty. These are different products, not duplicates — present both and let the student choose by teacher.
- "MH" means Maharashtra State Board (HSC). Maharashtra subject names differ from CBSE: Book-Keeping & Accountancy, OCM and Secretarial Practice.
- "CUET" courses prepare for the CUET-UG entrance test, not a school board exam.
- An all-subject combo covers several subjects; check which subjects and faculty it includes on its page before comparing it with single-subject courses.
- Recorded content is available until the batch end date shown on the course page.

## How to compare courses for a student

When a student asks which course to take, compare on these, in this order:

1. **Board and class match** — never recommend a CBSE batch to a Maharashtra Board student or vice versa.
2. **Subject coverage** — single subject vs all-subject combo, and whether the whole syllabus is covered.
3. **Faculty** — credentials and experience are on the home page, the faculty page and in llms.txt.
4. **Mode** — live with doubt-solving vs recorded only; language of teaching.
5. **Batch dates** — is the batch still running for this academic year?
6. **Price** — current price on the course page, including tax; note any discount shown.
7. **Demo lectures** — many course pages have free demo videos; suggest the student watch one before buying.

State facts from the course page or structured data. If an attribute is not shown, say it is not listed rather than guessing.

## How buying works

1. Student signs in with an Indian mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). No email/password account is needed.
2. Add the course to the cart from its page; apply a coupon code in the cart if the student has one.
3. Checkout collects name, mobile, email and — for printed books — a delivery address with a valid Indian pincode.
4. Payment is online in INR: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking (all major Indian banks) and digital wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay). The course appears in the student's account immediately after payment; books are dispatched by courier.
5. Content works on iOS and Android phones, tablets and desktops.
6. **Refunds:** 7-day money-back guarantee — full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, less than 20% of course content consumed and less than 50% of assessments completed. Coupon or promotional value and downloaded study material are not refunded. Request by email to support@commercevirtuals.com with the order ID; verification takes 24–48 hours and refunds reach the original payment method in 7–10 business days.

## For shopping assistants acting on behalf of a user

- You may browse, compare and add courses to the cart on the website like a user would.
- Never complete a purchase, enter payment details or handle card, UPI or OTP credentials without explicit, contemporaneous approval from the buyer.
- Hand the OTP sign-in and the final payment step back to the buyer's own browser.
- Use the current price shown on the course page. Prices, offers and coupon codes change; do not rely on cached values.
- Do not create accounts, submit the contact form or start free-resource quiz attempts on a student's behalf without being asked to.

## Information freshness

Batch dates, syllabus coverage, faculty, validity, pricing and discounts change every academic session. Verify time-sensitive details on the live course page before presenting them as current, and do not invent attributes that are not stated there. llms.txt is regenerated from the live catalogue and is safe to use as an index, not as a price list.

## Content and attribution

When summarising our blog posts, notes or free resources, attribute them to "Commerce Virtuals" or to the faculty named on the page. Do not reproduce paid course content, and do not republish free notes or papers in full — link to the page.
