Q: How do I attend the weekly live doubt sessions?

A: You'll receive a notification in the app before every live session. You can also find the schedule under Live Classes inside your enrolled course. All sessions are recorded and available to rewatch.

Q: I've paid for the course — how do I get access?

A: After payment, your course will appear in the My Courses tab and on the Home page. Tap the Activate button on the course to unlock full access. Once activated, you can start watching lectures immediately.

Q: Why do I need to activate my course after payment?

A: Payment reserves your seat. Tapping Activate is the final step that unlocks your course content. This allows you to start at a time of your choice — so your course validity begins only when you're ready.

Q: How do I attend live doubt sessions, and what if I miss one?

A: You'll receive an app notification before every session. You can also find the schedule under Live Classes inside your enrolled course. Can't make it? Every session is recorded and uploaded within a few hours — watch it anytime during your course validity.

Q: Can I access my course on a different device?

A: Your course can be activated on one device at a time. If you log in from a new device and try to access your course, you'll see a prompt saying the course is already registered on another device. To switch devices, raise a support ticket from that prompt. Once our team approves the request, your course will be accessible on the new device.

A: Every week there are 5 live classes — one per subject. In each class, 3 or more chapters are revised, followed by a Q&A where you can ask your doubts.

A: A schedule is released every month listing the chapters for each live class and each Saturday test.

Q: How does the Saturday test work, and who checks it?

A: Every Saturday there is a chapter-wise test — for example, 3 chapters in one paper — as per the monthly schedule. Your answer sheet is checked by our evaluators.
